The Bail Bond Agent 20 hour Bail Bondsman License Certification Course online course, will help participants gain relevant and pragmatic practice-based skills and approach for understanding the industry. We will also discuss the applicable statutes governing the bail bond industry found in Florida Statutes Chapters 903 and 648. Bail and Bail bond includes any and all forms of pre-trial release. Any monetary or cash component of any form of pretrial release may be met by a surety bond. The Florida Administrative Code which provides the regulations for all of Florida's insurance industry, has a section on Bail Bonds found in Code section 69-B-221. (Also F.S. Chapter 4-221).
